عمل جراحی یک توده بزرگ ۱۵ سانتی‌متری لگنی در بیمارستان خیریه غیاثی تهران با موفقیت انجام شد. این جراحی پیچیده توسط استاد دکتر اکبر نورعلیزاده، جراح توانمند و زبده، با همکاری دکتر اسماعیل رزقی ملکی، متخصص ارولوژی و مسئول تیم پزشکی انجام شد. بیمار خانمی ۵۸ ساله بود که با دردهای شدید و مداوم لگنی، مشکلات گوارشی، احتباس و تکرر ادرار مراجعه کرده بود. بررسی‌های انجام‌شده وجود توده‌ای حدود ۱۵ سانتی‌متری در فضای بین رکتوم و مثانه را نشان داد که فشار قابل توجهی بر این ارگان‌ها وارد می‌کرد. با توجه به بزرگی توده، موقعیت حساس آن و احتمال چسبندگی به ارگان‌ها و عروق لگنی، جراحی با دشواری قابل توجهی همراه بود. با مهارت و دقت دکتر نورعلیزاده و همکاری تیم جراحی، توده با حداقل میزان خونریزی و بدون عارضه قابل توجه خارج شد. بیمار پس از جراحی با حال عمومی خوب از بیمارستان مرخص شد.   Successful Surgery for a Large Pelvic Mass at Ghiasi Charity Hospital in Tehran A 15-centimeter pelvic mass was successfully removed at Ghiasi Charity Hospital in Tehran. The complex surgery was performed by Professor Akbar Nooralizadeh, a skilled and experienced surgeon, in collaboration with Dr. Esmaeil Rezghi Maleki, urologist and head of the medical team. The 58-year-old female patient presented with severe and persistent pelvic pain, gastrointestinal problems, urinary retention, and frequent urination. Diagnostic evaluations revealed an approximately 15-centimeter mass located between the rectum and bladder, exerting significant pressure on these organs. Given the large size of the mass, its sensitive location, and the possibility of adhesions to the pelvic organs and vessels, the surgery was technically challenging. With the skill and precision of Dr. Nooralizadeh and the cooperation of the surgical team, the mass was successfully removed with minimal blood loss and without significant complications. The patient was discharged from the hospital in good general condition following the surgery.
