Internal hospital regulations

  • Please present valid identification documents for both the patient and the accompanying person upon admission.
  • A companion is required if deemed necessary by the attending physician. The decision regarding the need for a companion will be made by the attending physician.
  • Please prepare a personal hygiene bag to help maintain the patient’s health and personal hygiene.
  • Please obtain a companion identification card from the hospital Admission Unit upon arrival.
  • Patients and their companions are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings. The hospital accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage of personal property.
  • The use of mobile phones is not permitted in the ward.
  • Please maintain a quiet and peaceful environment in the ward.
  • Please coordinate with the Head Nurse or the Nurse in Charge for meals, hot water, and other required services.
  • Please use the nurse call system to contact and notify the ward staff when assistance is needed.
  • If the attending physician is not present in the ward, please coordinate with the Head Nurse or the Nurse in Charge for assistance in contacting the physician.
  • Please coordinate with the Head Nurse or the Nurse in Charge to access facilities needed for performing religious practices.
  • Please coordinate with the Head Nurse or the Nurse in Charge to access internet services.
  • Patients may choose their preferred meal from the daily menu. If a special diet has been prescribed, the necessary arrangements will be made in coordination with the Nutrition Department.
  1. Visiting hours for patients admitted to general wards are from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM during the first half of the year and from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM during the second half of the year.

  2. Visiting hours for patients admitted to intensive care units (ICUs) are from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM during the first half of the year and from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM during the second half of the year.

  3. Companions must coordinate with the Hospital Security Department before visiting an admitted patient.

  4. A maximum of two visitors is permitted during each visiting session to prevent overcrowding, maintain a quiet environment, and comply with infection prevention and control measures.

  5. Children under 12 years of age are not permitted to visit patients.

  6. Male visitors must obtain permission from the Head Nurse or the Nurse in Charge before entering the Women’s Ward, Maternity Ward, or Labor and Delivery Unit.
